PmWiki doesn't rewrite urls containing dates. However, the
wikilog.php is often reported to do so.
Are you perchance running wikilog.php? If so, I think that's
the culprit. You might check the cookbook page [1] to see if
anyone has a fix for this, or search the mailing list archives
to see if anyone has reported a fix for this.
If you're not running wikilog, then I suspect something else
may be the culprit. But PmWiki itself doesn't convert dates
in urls.
