[Pmwiki-users] A small bug?

pmwiki.php line 102:
$PageEditFmt = "<a id='top' name='top'><a /><h1>Editing \$PageName</h1>
Shouldn't that be
$PageEditFmt = "<a id='top' name='top'></a><h1>Editing \$PageName</h1> 

I was playing with some css and wierd things started happening  on the
edit page and this fixed it.
