Looks as if it also could be done along the lines of Notify.
Similarities: 1 - email addresses maintained on one page; 2 - send
trigger is an event (although manually initiated). Difference is that
content is taken from a Page, unique to each dispatch event.
Unfortunately I'm not a good PHP programmer, so I wouldn't start doing
it myself, in particular if someone else already has done it.
