[pmwiki-users] installation & setup problem: can't edit home page or "get started"

The "headers:" line is used internally by PmWiki to indicate that
any HTTP headers should be output at this point.  It's not normally
output itself.  This leads me to believe there's something wrong with
the PHP installation itself.  Perhaps it's an old version of PHP...?
