[pmwiki-users] Data Mismatch - Locking FAILED!

.I have oddly started getting this message "Data Mismatch - Locking
FAILED!" on one of my pmwiki websites, yet I haven't changed anything for
some time.

I checked the PmWiki documentation and this messages is not documented.
Is anyone aware of a recipe or scenario in PmWiki that would cause this
