[pmwiki-users] PmWiki.org attachments cleanup

I imagine that a script could be written that identified the attachments on
each page and move them to the individual page upload directory.

Actually, it would not be an insurmountable effort to do this manually,
there are few "real" attachments in PmWiki - they are disabled in most
groups,
and the cookbook ones are fairly clear.
