But there isn't a an automated migration path from
upload-directories-per-group to upload-directories-per-page, is there?

At 1800+ recipes and 2500+ uploads, that's a lot to handle manually.

I've been meaning to look at the Attach: code, to see how it could be made
to "fall-back" to one or the other if the attached-file is not found.
Something like that would allow us to use per-page going forward, and give
us time to clean-up the back-catalog.

Unless that behavior already exists, and I missed it?
