[pmwiki-users] help wanted for broken installation

You probably need to enable uploads in config.php (
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Uploads)

Try to recover as much of your
  /pmwiki/pub/...
and
  /pmwiki/local/...
directories
