If you install the PublishPDF
<http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PublishPDF>recipe you can generate a
printable view of a group of pages (in fact, of a wikitrail or a page
list).  Note that you don't have to use PDF - you can generate a single
(printable) HTML page from your site.
