[pmwiki-users] New Editor Registration & Testing As Different User

Hi

Newbie here! I'm getting my head round PMWiki and doing ok so far.
However I have a couple of questions regarding admin log on. If the
answer is simple or was covered in a previous email please don't bombard
me with "you idiot" and "RTFM" -I'm still learning. Sometimes the help
pages can be a little overwhelming when starting out, so my apologies in
advance.

I want to be able to allow anyone to edit pages within Categories, as in
a new user creates their own user name and password and can set to and
edit/create new pages. I'd like to be able to monitor who the new users
are but I don't want to administer them by giving them passwords - they
should be able to do this themselves. Is there a file where I can view
the new administrators and their log-on details?

Secondly, how do I log out as the super-administrator? I want to be able
to test the second-level administrator facility by creating a pseudo
user and log in at this level. I don't see a log-out button anywhere -
is this because I have not set up my user/admin levels yet? I don't want
to give out my site-wide admin password.

I think what I'm struggling to get my head around is how new users can
edit existing pages. If Administrator A created a new page with a new
password, how is Administrator B able to edit Administrator A's page?

Any words of wisdom gratefully received!

Thanks and regards,

Jamie
