Are you entering the pagelist directive into a search box?

If you do that, then aren't you really just searching for pages whose markup
contains "(:pagelist link=Main.HomePage:)"?  Is that what you wanted?

If you are simply trying to make use of the link parameter in a searchbox,
shouldn't you simply be entering that into the searchbox, without wrapping it in
a pagelist directive, like this: "link=Main.HomePage"

Or am I missing something here?
