[pmwiki-users] Announcement: Rating-0.1

Okay, this is so alpha that even the documentation is incomplete. But,
I wanted people to clobber the code before I took the next step.

I am trying to put together a "rating/review" recipe.[1] I invite each
of you to click on over and test by submitting a review or three and
trying out the "Helpful?" buttons.
