[pmwiki-users] RFC: Core candidate offerings

For what it's worth, I vote along with David. With perhaps the
blocklist feature being something that can be turned on and off easily
(like AuthUser, for example).  I have a few external recipes, but
avoid going too far from what's installed in the core distribution.

I don't use blocking yet, but from all the discussion, it may be
something I need to consider, at some point.
