[pmwiki-users] Latest beta issue

When I upgraded to the latest beta version (pmwiki-2.1.beta37), I lost the
GUIButtons, and I also lost the preview function.  The button for preview is
there, but it does not produce anything when I click on it.  When I roll
back to my prior version (I believe 2.0.13), the functionality returns and
things seem to function as normal.  Below is the operating environment for
the wiki:

Windows Server 2003
IIS
PHP 5.1.2

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
