[pmwiki-users] tighten up some settings?

Perhaps from:

$SearchPatterns['default'][] = '!\.Side(Bar|Menu|Note)$!';
$SearchPatterns['default'][] = '!\.Left(Bar|Menu|Note)$!';
$SearchPatterns['default'][] = '!\.Right(Bar|Menu|Note)$!'

To:
$SearchPatters['default']{} = '!\.(Left|Right|Side)(Bar|Menu|Note)$!';
