I'm not sure why it isn't working, but if you use
fmt=Site.PagelistTemplates#tasks it works, I tried it
on your site.  This might be a bug with the
pagelistextensions, but I don't think so.  I think I
have seen similar problems before.  I will try to
figure out what is going on by looking at the code.
