I totally agree, this was a very bad flub on my part, but I didn't
see any clean way out of the hole. I could either leave the
incorrect name in place (and confuse the issue more whenever we get
around to deciding what is a standard versus a non-standard wikistyle),
or go ahead and fix it and take my lumps. I opted for the latter
in this case, and I really really apologize for it.

It's also okay for the wikipublisher version of wikistyles.php
to set both $EnableStdWikiStyles and $EnableWikiStyles to zero;
this will prevent PmWiki's wikistyles.php from loading regardless
of the version used.
