[pmwiki-users] Google Map API 2.2.0 Pre 1 Release

My main killer-app feature is icons, as that's the only thing standing in the way of being able to construct a map of locations in a region along with a list of addresses matched to the map.  Even if it requires the admin to download icons or something similar, I think that's reasonable.  You might want to set up a sample configuration that people can use right out of the box (maybe a set of letters and numbers).

As warned, I've added three features to Google Map API, in an effort
to get the ball rolling. The code is available.

Specific features added to pre-1 release:

* Float
* Multiple maps (problem with text on one map changing behavior of
other map, hope to fix in pre-2).

Nearly done (see pre-2 release upcoming):
* No direction option. I have a solution, but its inelegant and so I
will take a second pass.

Remaining (see pre-3 release upcoming):
* Icons

Others (see pre-?? release upcoming):
* What do you want?
