Actually, shortly after I sent that response back to you yesterday, I
uploaded a new version in which I had rewritten the code that
generates the input box. So that means my new code is not working
either. Unfortunately, it doesn't tell me anything about the old
problem. Would you do me a favor and test both v 0.4 and v 0.5 for me.

You'll need to adjust the include statement in config.php to point to
the correct file. Let me know what the results are with each. I have
an idea what the problem is with v0.5, but if v0.4 isn't working, then
it doesn't really matter at this point.
