Clytie, when you last worked on the XLPage and added lots of strings,
you deleted the first two lines by mistake, and that broke the utf-8
support for the whole group PmWikiVi.

The existence of that page is with the utf-8 declaration at the top is
all it needs to have utf-8 support in this group, as Pm explained. so
you don't need to add 'xlpage-i18n' => 'utf-8' to any other page.
