Thanks, Patrick: it wasn't in the English template, so it didn't get
included. I'll make sure it's at the head of all my pages now, just
like the charset declaration in html. Sometimes it's hard to go from
html/css to wiki markup, especially since the various wikis have such
similar, but slightly differing markup.
However, I'm learning...
I wonder why the other pages broke? Perhaps they'll "catch" the right
encoding from this one, now. ;)
