[pmwiki-users] trouble with titled links script

I've used the script from
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/TitledLinks for some time, but it
hasn't been working since several upgrades ago.

Since I've seen other scripts interfere with it before, I turned them
all off, but it still doesn't work.  Does anyone else have the same
problem?
