All that the includeurl.php script does is provide markup to take the
exact contents of another resource on the web (given by the URL) and
insert it in the output. It doesn't make any attempt to analyze
or process the content, (e.g., adjust relative URLs, remove any
<head>...</head> sections, etc.) So, if you just use it to try to
include another complete standalone HTML page (head, css, body, etc.)
into a Wiki page, it's likely to not work.
