It should also be possible to use the contents of a WikiPage or {{free page}}
as the title text. Say up to the first newline or "invisible stop" (`.) mark.
For example, [|WikiPage|] could automatically insert the opening text of
WikiPage, whereas [|WikiPage|Also Known As] overrides the default.
