Well, the example was constructed. A more reasonable example is:
[[Attach:[[$Title]]/myFile.txt]]
[[$Attachlist:[[$Title]]]]
which allows you to upload 'myFile.txt' to a subdirectory that has the
same name as the current page, and similarly to only list the files in
that subdirectory. I don't know if the above works right now, but it'd be
nice if it did, especially if you are using a long pagename to fake a
subgroup.
