On the other hand, should the markup instead jump straight to using
CSS attributes, as in margin-left, margin-right, padding-left, padding-right,
etc.?  As a wikistyle, the markup would be:

   %padding-right=5% Attach:image.gif

Let me know your preference(s)...!
