When you find out we could add it to
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/DocumentationGuidelines

Note also
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PmWikiPhilosophy

I don't see why it shouldn't go in PmWiki group, not all pages in the group
go in the release, if you felt it is specific to PmWiki.org itself
