[pmwiki-users] Page History Display

Recently some changes were introduced to the display of the page
history. I don't see it documented at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PageHistory

In the display of change sto markup 'strikethrough' is used to show
which characters have been deleted, and 'underline' is used to show
which characters are added. Is that correct? Are any other ways used
to show changes to chartacters?
Is this achieved using style classes, and can these be customised?
I would like to use different background colors instead if
strikethrough and underline, as highlight colors.
How can this be done?
