Some things we tend to think of as a single word rather than
two separate words -- thus I think of "WikiTrails" and not "Wiki Trails".
(Similarly "WikiWords" and not "wiki words".)

I'm not against adding spaces where they make sense, but not
every capitalized letter should imply a space.
