[pmwiki-users] Missing accesskey definitions

Hello All,

Site/PageActions contains these access keys nowhere defined (e.g.
prefs.php):

ak_attach
ak_backlinks
ak_logout

Should these removed from Site/PageActions or get some defaults in the
distribution?
