No, the form looks okay to me.

Could this be an apache bug triggered by fox.php?
fox function  FoxTemplateVarReplace uses

 array_walk_recursive( $args, create_function( '&$a,$b,&$d',
 '$d["more"] |= FoxVarReplace($d["pn"], $d["fx"], $d["targ"], $a);' ), $data );

which may be related to the problem. Can anyone see anything wrong
with that function? Or spot a possible connction to an apache bug re
Segmentation fault?

I am at  a loss with this.
