Well.. you could modify an existing skin or come up with your
own.  My LUG's website:

BUT if you do:

http://www.ntlug.org/Main/HomePage?skin=ntlug-ads
(might have to hit refresh after that)

You should see a fake banner ad.

Just an example.  New skins are fairly trivial to create.
Take a look at some to get some ideas.
