[pmwiki-users] Highlight differences in the history

Hi,

There's already a cookbook recipe which does this:

I've installed it at home, and it works very nicely.  It can get
confused by large changes, but large changes are ones you can see for
yourself anyway.  It's very useful for finding small changes like
spelling corrections.
