[pmwiki-users] "Backlinks" tab in Blueberry (& other?) skins)

Thanks, Dave. Actually it turned out that the whole line re backlinks was
not on Site/PageActions (embarrassed to say I had thought those commands
would be in a config file). So I added without the (:if... and (:ifend:)
statements and it works perfectly.  Don
