[pmwiki-users] New Recipe: PTVReplace

StringReplace is not quite good enough for replacing a number of Page
Text Variables in one action. Therefor I created PTVReplace, which is
dedicated to change values of PTVs only.

One can use either special link markup or input forms.
PTVReplace can act on the current page and on other pages.
Redirection to the target place can be made into a default, default is
"no redirection" (stay on the posting page).

As PTVReplace is dedicated to PTV replacement, the syntax is a lot
simpler, both for the links and for input forms.

At the moment the recipe works only on hidden PTVs of form
(:PTVName:Value:), not on PTVs of form
Name: Value  or
:Name:Value
