Sounds simple, but I know it's not.  Consider it a wish list item...

It would be nice if there were a (:RemindList=X:) for the Calendar that 
when inserted in a day's event would automatically send everyone on the 
NotifyList an email about that dates event on the calendar, X days 
before the event.  In other words, only those dates with the command 
would get sent the notification.

For example, assume on 5/04/07, there's a meeting posted on the 
calendar.  If $RemindList=2, then two days before the event, everyone on 
NotifyList with Calendar Group in their notify definition would be sent 
an email reminding them X days prior to the upcoming event.  

Just a thought...
