For those who may be interested, I now have an initial implementation
of Creole markup available on pmwiki.org.

Feel free to experiment, comment, etc.  In some respects it's
still a "naive" implementation; e.g., there may be conflicts
in handling things like **bold** within lists, etc., but we'll
work those out over time (and as people find/identify the 
conflicts).
