[pmwiki-users] Some changes to PMcalender?

I am using pmcalender, which works really great.  My team would like some
changes though, which I'm not sure how to make.  

Currently, the date format is in a European style.  In the U.S. we do dates
with day-month-year.  I'd like to change the date style so it appears this
way.  


Secondly, when I have the upcoming events show up on a page with (:wikilog
Calendar:), the log goes in order from the furthest event out to the
earliest event, like this:
    * 26.06.2006: Daniel Returns
    * 14.06.2006: Daniel Out of Office until the 26th
    * 05.06.2006: Dave's birthday.
    * 30.05.2006: Daniel Back
    * 29.05.2006: Memorial Day holiday.
    * 26.05.2006: Randy out.
    * 25.05.2006: Randy out.
    * 24.05.2006: Daniel Out of Office until the 30th
    * 14.05.2006: Happy Mother's Day! 

What I want is for it to just start with today, and go from there to the
furthest out up-coming event, more like this:
    * 30.05.2006: Daniel Back
    * 05.06.2006: Dave's birthday.
    * 14.06.2006: Daniel Out of Office until the 26th
    * 26.06.2006: Daniel Returns

And lastly, how do I make the calendar start on Sunday instead of Monday?
