[pmwiki-users] WikiCalendar revisions

The latest version of the wiki calendar is at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/WikiCalendar

This version:
- should no longer break the rendering of urls that include dates,
  such as http://www.example.com/2006-05-26.html
- adds (:wikilognav Group:) and (:wikilognav Group.Page:) options,
  for those who wish to put (:wikilognav Group:) in a Site.SideBar

Please note: if you haven't upgraded for a while, you may need to
update your wikilog-i18n-xx.php file also.
