[pmwiki-users] path of images in skins

Hello skin creators,

I have hardcoded images in a skin. It works for me, but its not 
especially elegant.
Even --> http://pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/SkinGuidelines does not give me 
any advice.
How is the best practice for pmwiki to address images?

Where they should be?
example.com/pub/skins/myskin/images
or
example.com/uploads/myskin-images

 From which file I should call them?
myskin.tmpl
myskin.css
myskin-images.css

I look for the best harmonization and flexibility for all cases.
