It absolutely depends on how you have your farm structured.
If all farms are structured such that the $UploadUrlFmt value
can be easily determined from $ScriptUrl (or some other variable),
then it's no problem.  But if different wikis in the farm have
different url address formats, it's probably easier to do it on
a per-wiki basis.
