thanks 4 your reply.

I tried to look act the action called by the markup ( viewing the html code of
the rendered page ) but, as you can see, it's empty :

<form class='newpage' action='' method='post'>
    <input type='hidden' name='n' value='Events.Events' />
    <input type='hidden' name='action' value='new' />

    <input type='hidden' name='value' value='' />
    <input type='hidden' name='focus' value='' />
    <input type='hidden' name='base' value='EventPages.HomePage' />
    <input type='hidden' name='save' value='' />
    <input type='hidden' name='template' value='Event.EventTemplate' /><input
class='inputbox newpagetext' type='text' name='name' value=''
size='40'/><input class='inputbutton newpagebutton' type='submit' value='New
Event Entry' /></form>
<hr />

Now, I was wondering, since I'm doing php on a three days basis experience, if
you could point me further ; namely, how do I call a specific function on a
php file ?
