[pmwiki-users] (:linebreaks:) doesnt work in v.2.1.3

(:linebreaks:) doesnt work in wiki,
supposed to treat new lines as <br>'s right,
but doesnt.

its supposed to be built into 2.1.3, but
I tried adding the Markup() from the recipe here:
http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/Cookbook/LineBreaks

to my config file, still doesnt work....

any ideas?
