[pmwiki-users] PITS setup, not allowing saving

Hello,

I have default passwords for admin, edit and attr
setup on my PmWiki installation. 

I created an 'Issues' group using PITS frmo cookbook
as per the instructions in the  pits php file. I see
the form according to the template I have defined, but
when I click on the submit button, I get to see the
Edit Page for the new issue, here when I press Save,
nothing happens, after a while I just get a blank
page.

The site also has a WikiForm installation which is
working ok. Here is the link. Tried to copy things
from PMWiki main PITS page.

Anybody knows what am I doing wrong. Or any more
details required.
