[pmwiki-users] login problem (possible environment problems?)

Somebody just  reported  me to have a problem to login to pmwiki 
authuser installation (from a company network).

When I login (at a different place) with the same users, I can login 
without problems. .

Is there a known issue about that? 
Is it possible to throw an warning, if possible environment probs are 
possible.
Some software need cookies to be on to login in.
(But the guy could log into group-office).
