version 1.4beta1 of jjscms is available.

In 1.4 almost everything has changed:

* Publishing is only done on explicit request 
* The publish action can be password protected
* All global identifiers are now starting with "JJSCMS"
* With an additional recipe (soon to be posted) publishing can be restricted to
selected pages and even certain page revisions

It seems the previous recipe lacked some vital configuration variables. 
I hope its sufficient this time.
