So, only those with curly brackets are really necessary for 2.1. Hmm, that 
means that all vars in XLPage have to be bracketed to work correctly with 
future releases ? In that case you have to make some changes to pmwiki's 
code too, because some parts (like print.tmpl) still use unbracketed 
variables ignoring XLPage entries.
