Sandy,

H1 headings in your sidebar may be throwing search engines off a bit
because the heading level indicates importance, and IMHO the sidebar
is for navigation and not really part of the "document" itself.  Also,
it's not recommended to use multiple H1 headings in a page[1].

Consider adjusting your stylesheet and switching to %sidehead% instead.
