Thinking about it a bit more, we might be better served with
a directive:

    [[#bygroup]] 
    (:options class=bygroup:)
    ...
    [[#bygroupend]]

    [[#title]] 
    (:options order=title class=title:)
    * [[{=$FullName}|+]]
    [[#titleend]]
