[pmwiki-users] Selection between all groups and all pages in current group

Hi,

I attempted to make a form that with a single selector lets you choose 
from a list consisting of:
* All the groups
* All the pages in the current group
Pressing 'submit' then transports you to either the hompeage of the 
selected group, or to the selected page in the current group.

However, I end up with two selectors when I try to use to (:pagelist:) to 
first create the list of groups, and then create the list of pages.
